Returns & Exchanges

At Half-Moon Outfitters, we want you to love your adventure gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the generated return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
